Louise Stapleton Jones Clymer of Newnan died at her residence on September 5th, 2015 at the age of 75. Louise was born November 8, 1939 in Newnan Georgia, the eldest child of the late Louise Stapleton Jones and Rev. Duke Cole Jones. Louise was a wonderful, inspiring, supportive and loving mother. She was a very gifted artist with a love for architecture, painting and drawing and passed this on to her children. Louise was a passionate and dedicated researcher and documented of family history and genealogy, a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), and an avid gardener and lover of nature. She had a tender and compassionate heart for animals, rescuing and caring for them all her life. Louise’s two beloved dogs and cat (Daphne, Loxley and Baby) will need a loving new home. Louise was preceded in death by her sister Janet Faye Jones McCarthy. She is survived by her children Glenn Alan Purcell of New York, NY, Christine Purcell d’Ascoli of New York, NY, Ann Wills Marshall of Amherst, Mass, and grandchildren Sean Hanke and Marshall Hanke of Amherst, Mass.
