Louise M. Correnty, age 95, of Norwalk, died suddenly on Sunday, April 17, 2011 at Norwalk Hospital. She was the wife of the late Anthony D. Correnty. Louise was born in Greenwich on September 16, 1915, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Josephine Chiappetta Intrieri and has lived in Norwalk for the past 60 years. She will be remembered for her homemade Italian meals and her wonderful baking.
Survivors include two sons, Anthony L. Correnty and his wife Gertrud of Cherry Hill, NJ, and Wayne M. Correnty and his wife Lucille of Norwalk, a brother, Fred Intrieri of Greenwich, a sister, Genevieve Ferri of White Plains, and many nieces and nephews. Louise was also predeceased by her son Kenneth L. Correnty, her brothers Michael, Rocco, Albert, Frank and Anthony Intrieri, and her sister Viola Della Pietro.
