Louise Hammontree Williams, 92, of Knoxville, Tennessee, formerly of Ringgold, Georgia, went home to be with her Lord on Friday, May 25, 2007. Born in Walker County, she was the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Hammontree of LaFayette, Georgia. She was graduated from West Armuchee School and later from Shelton Beauty College of St. Louis, Missouri. She was the owner and manager of the Chatsworth Beauty Shoppe before her marriage to her late husband, John Gordon Williams of Ringgold.
