He was born February 11, 2015 in Chicago, Illinois to the union of Joseph and Tina (Dacquisto) Locascio. He graduated from Roosevelt High School, Class of 1961 and served in the U.S. Army and was a deputy sheriff with Cook County Sheriff Department and was a full time truck driver for Dominick’s Foods in Northlake and was a owner operator of his own truck freelancing. He was a member and post commander of American Legion post 293, Silver Lake Wisconsin. Louie was a true patriot, he loved his Creator, Country and Guns. Beloved husband of Francine nee: Weissman, Loving father of Tracey (John) Wilkins of Gurnee, Robin (Keith) Anhold of Park City, Michael Locascio of Round Lake Beach.
