Louis J. Buonocore, 64, of Hazlet, New Jersey, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at Jersey Shore University Hospital in Neptune, New Jersey. Louis was born on December 21, 1956 in Brooklyn, New York, where he grew up and met his beloved wife, Gisele. Louis and Gisele were married on November 11, 1989 in Brooklyn and began their life together. Shortly after in 1991, they settled in Hazlet, New Jersey, where they remained to raise their family. Before his recent retirement on June 29, 2020, Louis worked as the Assistant General Manager for MTA Michael J. Quill Depot for many years. Louis will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
He was predeceased by his parents, Louis and Rose (Cutrone) Buonocore, his mother-in-law, Dolores (Peluso) LaCava, and his dear sister, Phyllis Dellisanti. Louis is survived by his beloved and devoted wife of 31 years, Gisele (LaCava) Buonocore, his loving children, Louis T. Buonocore and Taylor Buonocore, his adoring father-in-law, Thomas LaCava, his dear brother-in-law, Joseph Dellisanti, his cherished grandson, Cameron Juarez, and many treasured nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
