Louis F. Luzzi, 90, of Holiday City Berkeley passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at home. Born in New York City, he lived in Brooklyn, NY before moving to Berkeley Twp. in 1995. Louis was a Printing Pressman for Union Local 2 and worked at the Daily News in New York City for 44 years. He was a United States Army Korean War veteran, attaining the rank of Corporal.
Louis was a parishioner of St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Berkeley Twp., and was a member of the Holiday City Berkeley Bocce Club and Fishing Club, where he was a writer for the newsletter. He was predeceased by his, Sadie, in 2013. Louis is survived by his four children and their spouses, Diana and John Barone Sr. of Manalapan, NJ, Peter Luzzi of Highlands, NJ, Louise Luzzi of Staten Island, NY, John Luzzi and Al DiLauro of Sayreville, NJ, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
