HAVERHILL – Louis E. Pelletier, 82, passed away on July 8, after a long battle with cancer. Born in 1931, he was the son of the late Conrad and Leonida (Plante) Pelletier.
Mr. Pelletier was a graduate of Central Catholic High School, Lawrence, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University. He was a member of the US Naval Reserves.
He was employed for many years by Polaroid Corporation in their Engineering Department. After Polaroid closed, he became an entrepreneur and real estate developer who built several homes in the East Derry, NH area. He also worked for many years as an installer for Crystal Hills Water Systems, a company owned by his late brother Andre J. Pelletier. He was a self taught handyman who could fix or repair almost anything.
Mr. Pelletier was a communicant of All Saints Parish, Haverhill.
