Born in Cambridge, Maryland, Louis lived in Millersville for over 25 years. Louis was self-employed and was a founder of the Diamond Cab Company in Baltimore. An entrepreneur, he also owned a night club, charter fishing boats and a taxi company. Louis was also a Mason.
