He was born in Pittston, PA. to Michael Biscotto & Grace Falzone.
Louis was one of 17 children. His formative years were spent in Pittston, PA where he attended Grammer & High School.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War ll from 1944 to 1946; where he fought in the Battle of the Bulge Conflict (1944-1945).
He was a member of New Life Apostolic Church on Roebuck Pkwy, B’ham, AL.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Stella Mae Biscotto. Step-son: Tommy Gladden Step-Daughters: Jimmie Sue Stafford & Tura Lee Pierce. Host of Brothers & Sisters.
Survived by: Son: Michael Biscotto (Charlotte) Step-Daughter: Betty Jo McKee (Bobby)
