A lifelong resident of New Orleans until Hurricane Katrina, Lorraine was the daughter of the late John Anthony Weber and the late Elizabeth Riehm Weber. Much loved wife of the late Alvin J. Toups, Sr. Sister of the late Msgr. John A Weber, the late Cyril J. Weber and survived by Joyce B. Weber. Mother of Sr. Charlene Toups, OSC, Alvin J. Toups, Jr., and Andre G. Toups.Grandmother of Chad, Dionne, and Holly Toups.
