On Sunday, May 15, 2016, Lorraine Porter, 86, of Glen Burnie, passed away at the Baltimore Washington Medical Center. Mrs. Porter was born on August 17, 1929, in Burgin, KY. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and the Daughters of the American Revolution. Lorraine enjoyed reading, knitting, Kentucky Wildcats Basketball, and watching all the games in March Madness.
She was preceded in death by her husband Jimmie M. Porter and her brother Robert Rhorer. Lorraine is survived by her children: Carol Elliott and her husband Joe, Craig Porter and his wife Susan, and Holly Porter; her grandchildren: Michael Elliott, Brandy Miller, Erin Porter, Robert Porter, Jr., and Jamie Langen; and 12 great grandchildren.
