Lorraine Garth, 93, of Moberly, died Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at Valley View Nursing Home in Moberly. Lorraine was born May 4, 1924, in Moberly to Oliver Jordan and Luthena Metlock.
She married Leslie Garth and he preceded her in death on March 24, 1985. Also preceding her in death were her parents and an infant daughter, Malinda.
Lorraine was a lifelong Moberly resident and attended Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Moberly, prior to her failing health.
Survivors include her children, Frances Williams of Omaha, NB, Leslie Garth, Jr. of Los Angeles, CA, Mary Jo Hawkins of Moberly, Beatrice Young of Jefferson City, MO and Lieza Lewis of Moberly; 16 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; great-great-great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
