December 9, 1934 – March 14, 2022

Lorraine E. Keegan, age 87, passed away peacefully on March 14, 2022, in Hanover, PA. She was born on December 9, 1934, in Baltimore, MD to the late Arthur and Emma (nee Welch) Leicht. Lorraine is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Charles M. Keegan. She was the devoted mother to her three children: Wayne Keegan and his wife Donna, Linda Terry and her husband John, and Doug Keegan; grandmother of Jeffrey Lyons, Kim Kunkel, Matthew Keegan, Emma Keegan, and Sara Keegan; and great-grandmother of Dean Brewer.

Lorraine graduated from Patterson Park High School where she was a cheerleader and athlete. She retired from the Motor Vehicle Administration (Glen Burnie) after working for 10 years. Lorraine had a passion for genealogy, gardening, and college sports. But most of all she was known for her candy making business, especially her famous chocolate covered brandy cherries.
