Lorie A. Howard, 57, of Jacksonville, died Tuesday, November 20, 2018.
She was born June 11, 1961, in Jacksonville, the daughter of Percy and Ruth D. Constable Boyer Owens. She married Randy Howard on Mar. 20, 2012, in Jacksonville, and he survives.
She is also survived by one child; two grandchildren; two sisters, and two brothers. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Larry Boyer.
Mrs. Howard earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Robert Morris University in Springfield. Lorie liked FOX News, animals, especially her dogs, and she loved her grandchildren.
