Lori A. Olendzki, 55, of Jacksonville, IL died March 22, 2016, at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, IL.
She was born December 15, 1960 in Springfield, the daughter of John J. and Patricia Craddock Roth. She married Donald Olendzki on October 21, 1995, in Jacksonville and he survives.
She is also survived by her father, John Roth (wife, Marie Coonen) of Jacksonville; two sons, Aaron Lahey (wife, Judi) of Evanston and Nicholas Olendzki (wife, Trisha) of Monmouth; a grandson, Dominick Olendzki of Monmouth; two brothers, Tom Roth (wife, Kathy) of Arlington, TX and Joseph Roth (wife, Diana) of Jacksonville; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother.
A 1979 graduate of Routt Catholic High School, Lori owned and operated Artistic Hair By Lori for 30 years where she was well known for her outgoing personality. She was formerly active with the Jacksonville Jaycees and enjoyed creating stained glass and flower gardening in her spare time.
