LORETTA PEARL FAIRRES, 69, a longtime resident of Deming passed away Saturday January 10, 2015 at Sierra Providence Eastside Hospital in El Paso.
Loretta was born May 21, 1945 in Carrizozo, New Mexico to Willis and Ruby (Westbrook) Lovelace. She has been a resident of Deming for 51 years and was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in which she had always been very active with field service. She enjoyed gardening growing beautiful flowers, painting and music but most of all she cherished the time spent with all of her family and especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Alvin “Sonny” Fairres of Deming; son, Russell Austin Fairres of Deming; daughter, Lorayna Pearl Cole of Deming; brother, Dillion Lovelace of Deming; sister, Wanda Atkinson of Deming; 4 grandchildren, Rhiannon Willcox, Cassidy Guzman, Lori Cole, and Cole Pepper, Fairres; and 3 great grandchildren, Keziah, Keira, and Diego. Loretta was preceded in death by her parents.
