Lorena “Peggy” Brown Dixon passed away on January 21, 2017 at the age of 102. She was a member of Mt. Vernon UMC in Gardendale. She was a graduate of Woodlawn High school and longtime residence of Jefferson County. Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald M. Dixon.
