Loreida Parish of Mansfield, Arkansas went to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, July 5, 2017 in Waldron, Arkansas surrounded by her loving family. Loreida was born June 8, 1943 in Hackett, Arkansas to Odis Lee Schlinker and Wilma J. Love Schlinker. Loreida was 74 years old.
Loreida enjoyed photography. She had a gift for gardening, drawing and carving. She enjoyed spending time with family and making memories.
Loreida leaves behind to cherish her memory, two daughters: Lori Parish and Kristie Griffin. Grammy cherished her grandchildren: Shanna Sample, Rachel Roe, Olivia Milem and Aiden Griffin and 4 great grandchildren. Loreida is also survived by four siblings: Freida Parish, Ernest Schlinker, Robert Schlinker and Marion Scott. Loreida will be missed by all that knew her and the many whose lives she impacted including a host of nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.
Loreida was preceded in death by her husband, William Homer Parish Jr., one son, Wayne Parish and four brothers: Herbert Schlinker, James Schlinker, Bill Schlinker and Mel Schlinker.
