Lonnie Edward Guin, Sr., 郢é‚â‚é‚ËœEd郢é‚â‚é‚â„¢, passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2005, surrounded by those who loved him dearly. He was born in Stroud, Oklahoma on December 2, 1927 to Lawrence and Fay (Ary) Guin. He worked at Phelps Dodge in Morenci, Arizona, then in 1954 moved to Las Cruces and began working at White Sands Missile Range. After retiring with thirty years of service at White Sands Missile Range, he became a Livestock Board Inspector for the next twenty years in the Datil area. Ed is survived by his children; his daughtersVirginia and her husband Henry Ingram of Belen, Carol Guin of Las Cruces; son Lonnie and his wife Ruth Guin of Datil; grandchildren David and his wife Jessica, Jenni and her husband Carl, Karen, Matt and his wife Kerry, Justin and his fiancéƒÆ’é‚©e Nicole, Eric and his wife Frances, Amanda, William, and Michael; great grandchildren Mercedes, Tyler, Samantha, Brittany, Justin, Jacob, Lane, and Delaney; brothers Ambers Guin and his wife Bertie, James Guin all of Magdalena; sister Grace Wyche and her husband Walt of Albuquerque; and many nephews, nieces, and friends too numerous to mention.
