Lon Lee Lefler Jr., 62, of Salisbury passed away Thursday, July 31, 2014 at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center.
He was born December 21, 1951 in Guilford County, the son of Mary Charlotte Carter Lefler of Salisbury and the late Lon Lee Lefler.
Lon graduated from North Rowan High School in 1969 and managed several grocery stores while living in Texas. He was of the Methodist denomination. Lon enjoyed going to Walmart.
Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Mary Charlotte Carter Fesperman; sisters, Terry Lefler and companion, David Vickers of Rockwell, Brenda Baker (Clyde) of Spencer, and Charlotte Lee Sparks (Jerry) of Greensboro; and a number of nieces and nephews.
