SEBRING – Lois Jane Smith, age 84, of Sebring, formerly of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, died Thursday, July 13, 2017 at the Crandall Medical Center in Sebring.
Born July 20, 1932, in Johnstown, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Hazel (Burns) Guier.
Lois graduated from high school in Johnstown and lived in Sebring for seven years.
Survivors include four sons, Jeffry (Teresa) Smith of Perkasie, Pa, Thomas (Pat) Smith of Salem, Michael Smith of Austintown and Christopher (Teresa) Smith of Quakertown, Pa; two sisters, Ann Ickes of Johnstown and Alice McGough of Cleveland; a brother, Jeff Guier of Green Valley, Arizona; 9 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
Her husband, J. Wayne Smith, with whom she shared 57 years of marriage, preceded her in death November 16, 2008. A sister, Kay Mapes also preceded her in death.
