She died on Sunday, November 8, 2020 at the Blanchard Place in Kenton. She was born on July 9, 1948 in Alger to the late Lonzo and Josie (Prater) Ousley. On December 20, 1968 she married Burt Speicher and he survives in Kenton.
Also surviving are a daughter; Erica (Robert) Edler of Kenton, a son; Richard Speicher of Columbus, GA, a sister; Judy (Chuck) Wireman of Alger, 3 brothers; Elmer Ousley of Lima, Bud (Helen) Ousley of South Dakota, Hager Ousley of Moorhead, KY, a brother-in-law; Carl Puckett of Ada, 3 grandsons; Derek Gibson, Dustin Edler, Austin (Nicole) Edler, a step-granddaughter; Candie Littleton, 1 great-granddaughter, 3 step great-granddaughters and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by 4 sisters; Stella Rose, Vernie Robinson, Melba Puckett and Eunice Price.
Lois retired from Imperial Bond Ware.
She enjoyed playing Bingo and watching Ohio State Football. Most of all she loved her family and wanted to spend as much time as she could with them.
