Imogene Chambers, 92, of Homer, Ga. passed away at her residence on Saturday July, 29, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Jim and Martha Tanner Irvin. She was proceeded in death in death by her husband J.T. Chambers and 4 sons, Larry , Jerry, Dennis and Wesley. Mrs. Chambers is survived by 2 daughters, Judy Chambers Miller of Homer, and Rita Chambers ( James) McNatt of Homer. 4 Grandchildren, Stephanie Miller, Brian (Angie) Miller, Chris Chambers and Amy Chambers ( Dave) Rudolph, 4 Great Grandchildren Owen and Ethan Miller and Sydney and Alex Rudolph. She is also survived by one brother, George ( Martha) Irvin of
Alpharetta, Ga. and daughter in law Sharon Chambers of Commerce. Mrs. Chambers loved to garden, draw and sew and had many poems published in the American Poetry Society.
