Lois Ilean Scheidell passed on after 89 years, March 8, 2022. She left us to once again find the loving arms of her husband, Don, the man she called the love of her life. Lois was born August 24, 1932 to Orville and Mary Opal Stowers.
Lois was known by her five daughters to be funny, feisty and strong-willed. They will remember her for her delicious homemade chicken and noodles, and oh yes, that time she made the Thanksgiving turkey one week in advance. Mostly, they will remember her for being there for them in happy times and the difficult ones.
Lois is survived by a family who loved her dearly: daughters, Nancy McClaskey, Karen Belcas, Terri Scheidell, Jane Finkenbine, and Lynda Buchanan. Her sons-in-law: Michael McClaskey, David Belcas, Brent Finkenbine and Bryan Buchanan. Grandchildren: Jon, Aaron, Allison, Robert, Jess, Mitchell, Casey and Tayla. Great-grandchildren: Cayden, Easton, Walker and Rylee.
Lois was preceded in death by her loving husband Don, her son-in-law Doug, and her grandchildren Kerri and Daniel.
