Lois Beatrice Todd McKay, age 87, of Gulf Breeze, was called home January 12, 2021, after a brief illness. She was born July 28, 1933 in Blountstown, FL to the late Claude Lee and Hyson Dykes Todd. Lois retired from Monsanto Corp. as a Line Supervisor after a distinguished career. She also worked for Oriole Beach Elementary School as a Latch Key Aide.
She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Eldora Pelt, Effie Lee White, Lillie Pearl Page and Mattie Villeneuve.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Walter (Sherri) Charles of Dardanelle, AR, Mike (Cathy) Charles of Granbury, TX, Steve (Cathy) Charles of Canandaigua, NY, Sam Manze, Jr.
The family offers special thanks and appreciation to the staff and caregivers at the BeeHive Homes of Gulf Breeze and Regency Hospice, for their impeccable care and compassion.
