Lois Ann (Davis) Bevel Hanley, 82 of Centralia passed away Sunday, April 15, 2018 at Odin Healthcare Center. She was born November 26, 1935 in Washington, daughter of Thomas A. Davis and Elma (McClerken) Davis. She married Dale Neely Bevel, they later divorced, and he preceded her in death on April 22, 2017.

She is survived by two sons: Bernard Bevel and wife Patricia of Wayne City and Bruce Bevel and wife Linda of Centralia; seven grandchildren: Phillip Bevel of Valley, Alabama, Steven Bevel of Edwardsville, Christopher Bevel and wife Kristin of Maryville, Brittany Bierman of Centralia, Justin Dohman and wife Ashley of Texas, Michael Davis and wife Amy of Mt. Vernon, and Melissa Gardner and husband Ben of Wayne City; eleven great-grandchildren: Grayson, Caden, McKinley, Aspen, Dallas, Bradden, Lilianne, Brett, Layton, Eli, and Madelyn; a sister: Dorothy Bretz of Kansas; and a niece and nephew.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a sister: Martha Hoke. Lois was of the Presbyterian Faith. She trained and showed horses for many years. She enjoyed traveling all over the United States and her dogs. Lois also enjoyed playing the piano and organ at the churches she attended. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her family and friends.
