Lois A. Meyers, 85, of Elkhart, passed away after an extended illness at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, April 18, 2013, at Greenleaf Living Center of Elkhart. She was born in Donovan, Ill., on March 13, 1928, to the late John and Bessie (Swanson) Johnson.
She married Albert D. “Bud” Meyers Sr. on June 2, 1951, in Goshen. He passed away in Elkhart in 2011.
Also preceding her death was a brother, Jack Johnson.
Surviving is her children, A.D. “Bud” Meyers Jr. and Cathy (Pete) Lavrich, both of Elkhart; and a grandson, Nicholas Meyers of Goshen.
