Lois Liss, 89, of Oglesby, died Wednesday night, March 27, 2013 at Manor Court Peru.
Lois was born on July 8, 1923, in Toluca, to Herman and Carmel (Marchesi) Gandolfi. She married Florian Liss on in 1943. She was employed at Electrical Utilities in LaSalle, Illinois Bell, and she worked with her husband at the Dairy Kup in Oglesby.
She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Oglesby, and A.A.R.P. She is survived by 2 sons, Larry (JoAnn) Liss, of Sheridan, and Karl F. (Susan Radcliffe) Liss, of Saugatuck, Michigan. 2 grandchildren, Lisa (Eric) Moss, and Michael (Jennifer) Liss, 2 great-grandchildren, Felix and Nigel Moss, and two brothers, Herman (Arlene) Gandolfi, of Peru, and Rudy (Peach) Gandolfi, of Oglesby. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one sister, Gloria.
