Lois Anne Helleland, 90, of Jackson, NJ, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 25, 2022. Born in Jersey City, NJ, she moved to Parlin, NJ with her husband where they raised their two children. Lois was a dedicated and loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and homemaker who loved sewing, knitting and baking.
She and her husband retired to Whiting, NJ in 1996. Lois is preceded in death by her husband Alfred Carl Helleland, her parents Charles and Jean (Thompson) Dougherty, as well as her siblings; Jack, Donald, Melvin, Thelma, Audrey, and Jean. She will be forever missed by her daughter Christine and her husband German Lopez of Jackson, NJ, son Eric Helleland, as well as three grandchildren; Ashley Campanaro, Alex Lopez, and Andrew Lopez.
