Loeta was born in The Dalles, OR. The 6th child of Arthur and Wilhelmine Beal. Her mother died when Loeta was 12 years old so her older siblings helped raise her. Mutual friends introduced her to Kenneth Dynes. They were married in Omak, WA 1939. Kenneth and Loeta were happy together56 years. Seven children were born – Richard, Karen, Ronnie, Janice, Gail, Paul and Mike. After moving from Washington to Alaska they homesteaded outside of Fairbanks on Chena Hot Springs Road. They moved to Nampa in 1972 then owned and operated Silver Creek Plunge. Kenneth, Ronnie and Karen preceded her in death.
Loeta was a quiet, kind lady. She was selfless. Giving was her way of life.
