Lochlann Jack Pershing Devine, age 4, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at Children’s Health Care of Atlanta with his parents by his side. He was born on November 23, 2015 in Gainesville, GA to Cody Devine and Miriam Stover Devine. Along with his parents, Lochlann is survived by his younger brother, Lincoln Davis Winchester Devine; grandparents, Frank and Sarah Devine, Angie and Tom Maines, David Stover and Shelia Werner. He is also survived by a long list of aunts, uncles, cousins and family who will dearly miss him.
