Lloyd “Sonny” D. Foutch, 83 of Centralia, passed away Monday, August 1, 2016 at SSM Health St. Marys Hospital in Centralia. He was born May 9, 1933 in Clinton County, son of Andrew Love Foutch and Oma Iona (Lowry) Foutch.

Sonny is survived by four sons: Larry Dodson and wife Kathie of Kell, Terry Dodson of Salem, Rick Foutch and wife Tammy of Yellowstone National Park, WY, and Randall “Sam” Foutch and wife Carole of Odin; a daughter, Rhae Ellen Alvis and husband Ron of Kell; 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren; two brothers: Eddie Ray Foutch of Brownstown and David Foutch of Centralia; three sisters: Lola Castellari of Centralia, Amy Tucker of Centralia, and Donnie Wooters of Junction City; several nieces and nephews; a special friend, Katie Stroud. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers: Leo Foutch and Andrew “Buddy” Foutch.

Sonny served in the U.S. Navy in the UDT 11 during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the American Legion Post 446 and VFW Post 2055. He was also a member of the Grace Methodist Church in Salem and a member of the Boiler Makers Union.

Sonny enjoyed hunting and fishing. Most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends.
