Lisa Bernadette Groce was born on August 27th, 1965 in Easton, Maryland. She was the daughter of the late Iris Cooper and Roger Groce. Lisa was educated in Talbot County Public Schools graduating from Easton High School in 1983. She departed this life on Monday, May 28th, 2018 at the home of her stepmother in Preston, Maryland.
She leaves to cherish her memory her father Roger Groce (Aleta) ,her stepmother and confidant
Sheryl Groce, five children, Lajuan (Cindy) Troy, R.J., Trynell and Jalisa and two children she called hers as well Denesha German and Tranel Stanford. Eleven grandchildren T.J., Taylor, Tasha, Tyair, Tracey, Tara, Ryleigh, Zoey, Jayden, Ja’siya and Ray’yahna. Eleven siblings Kenny (Carolyn) Mack, Eric, Andre’, Rodjel (Jillian), Sylvia, Sharon, Tina, Krystal (Joshua) LaShonda & Shamaya(Ricky). Aunts Violet Groce, Bertha Potter, Mildred Potter and Susie Jenkins and Uncle Maurice Potter. A host of special cousins that were more like siblings and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who always had contact with her as well as the Class of 1983 especially Violece, Marchelle and Brenda and her Giant family including Tara Beane, Vicki, Missy, Allison, Clinton and Jeff.
