Lisa was born in Akron, Ohio on December 27, 1963 to the late Earnest Jones and Christine Jones. She departed this life on May 21, 2015 at Decatur Morgan Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her father, Earnest Jones and sister, Diane Jones Whitehurt.
Lisa leaves to cherish her memory: a loving mother, Christine Jones; a loving and caring husband, Alfonzo Burton; a good and loving son, Jeremy Jones; a sweet and loving daughter, Jermia Jones; three loving step children, D’Shuna (Johnny) Bellman, La’Trevious “Trey” Burton and Robert Facen: siblings, Earnestine (Mack) Clopton of Decatur, Earnest Jones Jr., Kim Fisher, Rodney Jones, all of Akron, Ohio; three grandchildren, Destiny Jones, Jeremy Jones Jr. and Tommy Lee Jones; Three special friends, Mary Spangler Phillips, Monica Ricks and Trisha Porter and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
