Joe graduated from North Dorchester High School (NDHS), Class of 1980 in Shiloh, MD.  While attending NDHS, sports played a big role in his life.  He starred on the basketball and baseball team leaving records on the baseball field that have yet to be bested. Today, those two sports play a major role in his son, grandson and nephew’s life as that passion lives on in them.
