Linova Elaine Mayle 75, of Mt Carmel, Tennessee formerly of Salem, went home to be with the Lord surrounded by her loving family November 26, 2011. She was born August 18, 1936 in Doddridge County, the daughter of the late Millard and Lucille Mayle. Elaine is survived by five children, Stephanie Nicholson, of Fairmont, Charloette McVay, of Evans, WV, Kimberly (A J ) LeBlanc, of Mt Carmel, TN, Kelly (Tom) Stark of Sandyville, WV, and Charles (Sarah) Nicholson Jr. of Vienna, WV; nine grandchildren, Shelly (Lori) Taylor, Carey Grodi, Matthew (Erica) McVay, Michael McVay, Brandie LeBlanc, Brittany LeBlanc, Catherine Elaine Nicole (Tim) Salser, Charles Nicholson 3rd , Christopher Nicholson; seven great-grand children, Stephen (Jessica) Taylor, Danielle Grodi, Samantha Grodi, Brady McVay, Dominic McVay, Justin Smith, Jayme Salser; her Aunt Peggy Postlethwaite of Long Run. Elaine was preceded in death by her parents: Millard and Lucille Mayle and an infant daughter, and ex-husband Charles Nicholson. Elaine was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, great-grand mother and wife.
