She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Rudy Antle; her daughters Patricia Antle of Grand Rapids, Michigan and Elizabeth Welch of Maplewood, New Jersey; three grandchildren, Zane and Emmett Blake and Vivian Welch; and her step-mother Betty Price and step-brother Richard Polascak of Germantown, Tennessee. She is preceded in death by her mother and her father. Lindsey’s primary identity was as a woman of faith.
