Linda Walker Coffey passed away Wednesday December 4, 2019. She was 87 years old. She was in the care of Wuesthoff Hospice and passed at home surrounded by family.
Linda is survived by sister Susan Miller, brother Mike Walker, son Mike Coffey, three grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
Linda was born on April 30,1932 in St. Louis Missouri to Harry and Betty Walker. She earned her bachelors, masters, and doctorate in Elementary Education. She worked as an elementary teacher and finished her career as an administrator in Early childhood Education in Broward County.
In retirement, she moved to Brevard County where her love for the symphony lead her to become involved in the Brevard Symphony Orchestra. She dedicated her time to help raise funds to support the Orchestra.
