Linda Tankersley Coffman

Linda Marie Tankersley Coffman of Sheridan, Arkansas was born August 9, 1946 in Beebe, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Welm D. and Mary Louise Downen Tankersley. She and her husband owned Professional Janitorial Service for over 28 years. She was a charter member of Meadowview Baptist Church in Sheridan. She enjoyed listening to Elvis, cooking, gardening, tending to her roses and playing with her dogs. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother to her family. She loved them dearly and raised a beautiful family.
Mrs. Coffman died at her home on Sunday, July 3, 2016 at the age of 69.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Lynn Tankersley.
Survivors include her husband and best friend of 52 years Edward Daniel “Eddie” Coffman of Sheridan; sons, Johnnie E. Coffman and wife Crystal of East End, Terry Don Coffman of Sheridan; brothers, Bobby Tankersley and wife Mary of Vilonia, Freddy Tankersley and wife Doris of Dardanelle, Doyle Tankersley of North Little Rock, Kenneth Tankersley and wife Glenda of Maumelle, Wesley Tankersley and wife Sandy of Little Rock, and Jimmy Tankersley and wife Pat of Texarkana; 3 granddaughters, 3 grandsons and a host of nieces, nephews, church family, friends and neighbors.
