Linda Swallows, 73, of Anderson, passed away on April 15, 2021, at home with her loving family by her side. She was born on October 8, 1947, in Livingston, Tennessee to William and Anna McCracken.
Linda graduated from Anderson High School and retired from St. Johns Hospital after working 33 years as a Physical Therapy Aide. She enjoyed spending time with her family, going fishing, and dancing. She was a beautiful burst of energy who made an impact on everyone she met.
Linda is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Larry Swallows; children, Lisa (David) Vice and Danny Swallows; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren with one on the way; and siblings, Rick Winningham, Mary (Paddy) Jamerson, Bobbie June Clark. She was preceded in death by her son, Larry Dale Swallows. Jr., father Clifford Winningham; step-father, William W. McCracken, mother, Anna L. McCracken; siblings, David Winningham; Livonia Hall, and Maxine Hilligoss.
