Linda Hess Gainey was called home to be with her son Sean Gainey along with her parents Marilyn and Raymond Hess on December 31, 2021.
Linda married Ernest W. Gainey on August 24, 1980. They had three beautiful children together. She also received the wonderful blessing of two bonus children from Ernie’s previous marriage. Linda absolutely loved being called grandma by her 13 grandchildren. She loved and adored them just as much as her own children. Linda was reunited with two sisters at the gates of Heaven, but sadly leaves behind three sisters and a brother.
Linda was the ultimate healer, lover and fighter. She loved with her whole heart and soul. Her laugh and smile were so infectious that it would light up the entire room. If she was laughing, then so were you. Anyone who knew her would know how inspiring she was and how her spunk and wit kept her going. So, we’ll leave you with this “Our Betty Boop has flown the coop.”
