Linda Lou Reitz, 67, passed away peacefully on Jan. 10, 2011, at her home in Three Oaks.
Linda was born in Lakeside, Michigan on January 5, 1944, to Gerald and Mary (Payne) DeMorrow.
She married Robert Frederick Reitz on November 20, 1971, in LaPorte, Indiana, and spent 39 years happily married.
She enjoyed bowling and watching birds, especially the hummingbirds. Linda was a member of the Three Oaks United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women’s group.
She was known as the Avon lady to many and was an avid collector of Angel statues and ornaments. She will now join them in watching over her family and loved ones. Survivors include her husband, Robert F. Reitz; daughter, Kimberley Shriber; sons, Rusty Reitz and Rob P. (Melissa) Reitz; grandchildren, Nicholas Reitz, Amanda Shriber-Green, Megan Reitz, Russell Reitz Jr., Thomas Manley, Kelly Springer, and Dustin Springer; and her sister, Rose Lee.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gerald DeMorrow, mother, Mary DeMorrow Weigel, sister, Valora Lee Turley, and brother, Gary DeMorrow.
