She was a graduate of MCHS Class of 1972, a graduate of Massey Junior College in Atlanta, Georgia with a fashion degree and then graduated from Calhoun Community College with a Nursing Degree. She retired from Falkville Healthcare and Rehab as a nurse, after 42 years of service. She was preceded in death by her parents.
