Linda Kay Counterman
Linda K. Counterman, a fourth generation Coloradan and resident of Englewood Colorado, passed away May 8th at the age of 57. Linda was born April 3, 1960 at Porter Hospital to Donald and Virginia Smith and has four siblings: Chris Skurdahl, Wayne Smith, Cherie Wright and Katie Nielsen.
Linda graduated from Englewood High School in 1978 and married her husband of 38 years, David Counterman, in 1979 and has three wonderful sons: Michael (37), Jerid (35) and Nick (27). She has four precious grandchildren Jeremiah (16), Aubree (15), Nathalia (15) and Trystin 11.
Linda will be forever remembered by all of us for her courage, strength and huge heart. She battled Scleroderma for 22 years with grace and dignity. She touched many lives with her faith and just by being her genuine self. She was an amazing and beautiful person inside and out and was witty, smart and fun.
