Linda Jean Eakin Wilson, 68, of Terre Haute passed away April 20, 2011 at 1:03 AM in Terre Haute Regional Hospital. She was born December 31, 1942 in Norfolk, Virginia to John Wilson and Rosa Drew Wilson.
Linda was a very loving and kind person. She loved the Lord. She always made sure to say a prayer before every meal. Linda always had a nice compliment for everyone and she never met a stranger. Linda loved her family, children and grandchildren very much. Linda had many favorite things such as yellow roses, the colors red, pink and yellow, laughing, getting her hair and nails done, watching the Disney Channel and Hannah Montana, eating strawberry pancakes at IHOP, going to the park and looking at family photos.
Linda is survived by two daughters, Polly Quesenberry of Indiana and Penny South and her husband Ira of Florida. One son Jesse Bradley and his wife Sherri of Illinois. Two sisters Kitty O’Quin and Barbara McGlohon and her husband Kenny all from North Carolina. Two brothers Ricky Carroll and his wife Chevy of Virginia and Danny Carroll of North Carolina. Eight grandchildren Payton, Matthew, and Joshua South, Stephanie, Cindy, and Alyssa , Christopher and Patrick McCullough. Seven great-grandchildren Devin, Levi and Payton South and Jr., Levi, Peyton and Brandon. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
