Linda Jane Burton, 73, of Bainbridge, Indiana and formerly of Clinton and Dana, died at 9:20pm on January 9, 2014 in the Danville Regional Rehab Center. She was born October 3, 1940 to Jacob and Margaret Boren. She was active in the Montezuma Order of Eastern Star Chapter 537, Girl Scouts Leader, and attended the Assembly of God in Clinton. She is survived by her husband Russell H. Burton of Bainbridge, daughter and son in law; Marla and David McNeely of Dallas, North Carolina, daughter and son in law Jennie and Steve Buchanan of Bainbridge, Indiana, her sister; Virginia Wallace of Dana, Indiana, nine grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter; Christal Jean Davis, granddaughter; Margaret Lynn Davis, brother; Jacob Boren, and mother in law and father in law; Russell and Helen Burton.
