Linda Hays, of Texas Creek, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family on March 27, 2021. She was born in Grinnell, Iowa on Sept. 11, 1945, and lived in Colorado for the last thirty three years. Linda loved the mountains, horses, sewing and crafts, chocolate and most of all her family. Preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Dorothy Hughes; and loving husband of 30 years, Ron Hays. Survived by her sister, Karen Greiner; children, Tom Patten, Shelby Cochran and Trevor Stoaks; stepchildren, Jim and Debbie Hays; grandchildren, Tyler Fenske, Seth Allen, Emily Patten and Leticia Blanco; great-grandchildren, Andre and Josiah Algien; and numerous nieces and nephews.
