Linda L. Donoho, 71, of Centralia, passed away Saturday, April 25, 2020, at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield. She was born October 26, 1948, in Centralia, the daughter of George S. White and Dorothy (Garland) White. She married Walter E. Donoho on June 27, 1964, and he preceded her in death on September 14, 2016.
Linda is survived by one son: Gene Donoho and wife Chrystal of Okawville, IL; one daughter: Connie Waggoner and husband Jim of Edinburg, IL; four grandchildren: Jack Waggoner of Tovey, Montana Schmitz- Donoho of Centralia, Ericka Alvey and Justin of Centralia and Kaleb Kwiatkowski and wife Samantha of Hampton, Virginia; two brothers and three sisters: Ruby Peleaz and husband Pete of Centralia, Judy Sassorossi of Centralia, George White and significant other Rhonda Morris of Centralia, Doug White and wife Cynthia of Dix, and Lisa Shoemaker and husband Jim of Centralia; two sisters-in-law: Joyce White of Centralia and Shirley White of Centralia; sister-in-law, Jeanne Donoho of Summerset, Kentucky, several special nieces, and nephews.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, husband, twin sister: Lana Wernsman, three brothers: Kenny White, Mark White, and Bobby White, and a brother-in-law: Robert Sassorossi.
Linda worked at Kas Potato Chip Factory for 10 years, Graphic Packaging for 15 plus years, and recently she worked in the cafeteria at Centralia High School. She was of the Christian Faith. Linda was a member of the Central City Lioness, Centralia V.F.W. Post 2055 Women’s Auxiliary, and Midwestern Teamsters Local 50. She enjoyed adult coloring books, reading, and working with flowers outside.
