Linda Diane Carlyle, 66, of Grafton passed away, Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at Grafton City Hospital with loving family by her side. She was born in Clarksburg, WV March 11, 1950, daughter of the late Junior Lee and Mary Whitehair Bucklew. Linda is survived by her husband, Thomas A. Carlyle, Grafton they were united in marriage December 10, 1990.
She loved to read Amish Books, watch movies, and most of all loved being with her family and especially her grandchildren. Linda was the bookkeeper for the Carlyle Construction Company.
She is survived by three sons, William Carlyle, and companion Martha, Clarksburg, Jeremey Carlyle, and companion Ashley, and John A. Coon, Jr. and his father, John A Coon Sr. all of Grafton; two grandchildren, Brittany Wyckoff, and Tiffany Field both of Grafton; one sister, Sheila Turner, OH, two brothers, Gary Bucklew and wife Pam, OH, Ronnie Bucklew, SC; and a very special cousin, Naomi Bassel, Clarksburg, several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Gore, one daughter-in-law, Julia Coon, and a lifelong friend Margaret Willet.
