Mrs. Linda Pimenta Hughes, age 59, wife of the late Paul Hughes, passed away Friday October 2, 2009 after a long, courageous battle with breast cancer at Rockville General Hospital. Daughter of Angelina Salgado Pimenta of Milford and the late Acacio Pimenta, she was born on January 1, 1950 in Bridgeport. Linda was a long time resident of Milford, before moving to Pomfret Center 12 years ago. She was a graduate of Jonathan Law H.S. Class of 1968. In addition to her mother Angelina, Linda is survived by her beloved daughter Jennifer Rosselli and her husband Dennis of Pomfret Center. Four cherished grandchildren, Chrysa, Paul, Jaden and Jesse Rosselli.
